Privacy policy.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the service you pick, and your message. That is the only personal information this site collects.

There are no accounts, no payments taken through the site, and no newsletter.

Like any website, the server that hosts this one keeps short-lived technical logs (your IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to identify you.

What we use it for

To reply to you, quote the job, and do the work. Your details go to our own inbox and stay there as an ordinary business record. We do not sell them, rent them, or add you to any marketing list.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not set tracking cookies. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which count visits and measure page speed without cookies and without identifying you.

Who else touches the data

The site runs on Vercel, and form submissions reach us through Resend, an email delivery service. Both process the data only to deliver it to us. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your enquiry stays in our inbox as an ordinary business record for as long as we need it for the job and our books, then it goes. Ask and we will delete it sooner.

Your choices

Ask us any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will. Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA) backs that up, but you should not need to cite it: just call or email.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes up on this page with the date at the top.
