Terms of service.

Quotes

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote is our honest price for the job as you described it; if the property turns out to be meaningfully different from the photos or description, we will tell you before any extra cost, not after.

Scheduling

There is no online booking. Once we have talked the job through, we set a day with you by phone or email, and nothing is on the calendar until we have both agreed it.

Exterior work depends on weather. If a day cannot safely go ahead, we rebook it with you rather than rushing it.

Access and cancellations

When you book, you are confirming that you own the property or have the owner's okay to have the work done. On the day we need to be able to get at what we are working on: an outside tap for washing, the roofline clear for lights.

If you need to cancel or move a day, tell us as early as you can and we will rebook it. A wasted trip, where we arrive and cannot do the job, may be charged.

Payment

We tell you how and when to pay when we book the job or when it is finished, unless we agree something else in writing. A bill left unpaid may carry extra charges or be sent to collection, as the law allows.

Trademarks

GOVEE is a trademark of its owner. We install GOVEE products and name them so you know what goes on your house, but Wash Wizards is an independent installer: we are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by GOVEE. Other product names on this site belong to their owners too.

Our work

We treat your property like our own, and the job is not done until it is done properly. If something is not right, tell us and we will make it right.

This website

We keep the site accurate, but services, areas and prices can change; the confirmation you get from a real person is what counts. The photographs of installs are our own work. The Wash Wizards name and logo belong to us; GOVEE is a trademark of its owner, and Google review branding belongs to Google.

Liability

We are not responsible for damage that was there before we arrived, or for wear that cleaning uncovers (chalky paint, oxidised siding, loose caulking, failed seals on windows). We point it out when we see it rather than wash over it.

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim connected to a job is limited to what you paid us for that job. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law in Nova Scotia gives you.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version goes up on this page with the date at the top.
